To register for Wholesale access a valid ABN and Business Name is required together with a non-residential business address.
Your 1st order will be payment up front on a Pro-Forma invoice. With subsequent orders payment is due on receipt of order - we will however assess this regularly on a case by case basis dependent on customer's payment promptness history. If you wish to extend those terms you are welcome to do so via your Credit Card - no surcharge fee charged.
Minimum order is $250.00+GST. No refund or return on "Specials".
Unless otherwise specified an order will be made up with a variety of colours from our range. Out of stock items will be substituted with the closest match.
We will pass on any futile delivery/redelivery charges we receive from our freight company. Note that most freight companies are now charging for a "futile delivery" whether you subsequently pick it up from a depot or have it re-delivered. You will receive emails from the freight company as to the day of delivery - be aware that these can sometimes go to junk or spam depending on your email settings.
Supply is subject to availability.
Back to Baskets is not liable for any delivery problem beyond its control.
Title will not pass to the buyer until the purchase price is fully paid.
While we make every attempt to ensure our website is correct (including prices), up to date and free of any typographical errors, we cannot be held responsible for such errors and reserve the right to refuse an order based on any misunderstanding related to such errors.
Prices are subject to change.
Regarding Goods & Services Tax (GST) our Retail prices include GST while our Wholesale prices exclude GST.
As all our baskets are handmade they will all have individual characteristics of the weaver which may include slight size differences between baskets. Also some blemishes and variation in colour between baskets should not considered to be defects.
It is possible that baskets can become misshapen during shipping. With Seagrass items they can be wet out to soften the fibres then basket manipulated to restore original shape. Similar techniques can be used for Water Hyacinth baskets however over wetting or soaking should be avoided. Jute and Cotton items are naturally softer fires and require no reshaping.
