Wholesale

  • We endeavour to ensure that each and every basket is checked for before dispatch. If however there is a problem we would like to be informed by way of images and explanation via email to sales@backtobaskets.com.au preferably within 7 days of receipt of order.
  • Baskets should be checked for any problems when received by you however we understand that sometimes these problems could occur later in the hands of your customer. Please inform us similarly if this is the case.
  • We will assess the problem then where appropriate we will either offer a replacement or a credit to your account to be used on your next order – whatever is the most practical.
  • We cannot be responsible for incorrect handling or storage of baskets in your hands. For example in some highly tropical areas baskets have been known start growing mould spores if left in a damp and humid environment.

Retail

  • We endeavour to ensure that each and every basket is checked for before dispatch. If however there is a problem we would like to be informed by way of images and explanation via email to sales@backtobaskets.com.au
  • We will assess the problem then where appropriate we will arrange a replacement of your basket.
  • If you are not entirely happy with your basket you may return it to us at your cost within 14 days. We will then refund the original cost excluding postage cost via the way you originally paid for the basket. Goods must be returned undamaged and in their original condition.
